Community of Practice for Open Naturally Occurring Data - Launch event

December 11, 2024

The project COP 4 ONOD (Community of Practice for Open Naturally Occurring Data) is organising a launch event on December 11th, from 13:00-15:00 at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. This event will mark the official launch of our Community of Practice and website for Open Research with Naturally Occurring Data.

So, what’s this all about?
The Community of Practice is all about bringing researchers and research support staff together to share knowledge and tackle challenges around “opening” naturally occurring data (think collecting, archiving, sharing, publishing). Plus, our website will provide useful resources like informed consent forms and other tools to support you!

Who are we?
COP 4 ONOD is an NWO-funded project dedicated to advancing open research practices in the field of Naturally Occurring Data. Our team is made up of passionate researchers and research support staff who are committed to helping the academic community navigate the challenges of “opening” qualitative data, such as real-life audio, video, and digital interactions.
